Parenting Through Separation and Divorce—2 Sessions

Are you going through a separation or divorce? This two-part workshop will be an opportunity to gain skills to effectively manage the complex process of separation/divorce while keeping your children’s best interests in mind. We will cover important topics such as the major factors that impact a child’s adjustment, stages of coping and getting to adjustment, and how to identify and respond to red flags for children.
Discuss different approaches and strategies for co-parenting, parent-child communication, managing high conflict situations, finding community resources, and more.
Open to individual parents only—No co-parents at the same workshop, please.
A certificate of completion can be provided.
