TRI-VALLEY CULTURAL JEWS HOST ROSH HASHANAH CELEBRATION IN LIVERMORE
Livermore, CA — Begin the Jewish New Year with warmth, community, and meaningful tradition as Tri-Valley Cultural Jews (TVCJ) hosts its Annual Rosh Hashanah Celebration on Monday, September 22 in Livermore. The evening will begin with a potluck dinner at 6:30 PM, featuring plenty of apples and honey to usher in a sweet and hopeful New Year.
Following the meal, TVCJ invites guests to a ceremony of music, and readings in English beginning at 7:30 PM. The one-hour program, rooted in Secular Humanistic Jewish values, offers thoughtful reflections on renewal, community, and cultural identity. While not designed specifically for children, the event is child-friendly and welcoming to families.
TVCJ is proud to create inclusive, meaningful Jewish celebrations that reflect diverse Jewish and multicultural backgrounds. People of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and family structures are welcome and celebrated.
