Tri-Valley Cultural Jews Hosts Kol Nidre Observance in Livermore
LIVERMORE, CA – On Wednesday, October 1 at 7:00 PM, Tri-Valley Cultural Jews will host a Kol Nidre observance in Livermore, welcoming all who identify with Jewish culture, heritage, and community to mark the beginning of Yom Kippur through music, readings, and shared reflection.
This gathering is designed for those whose connection to Judaism is rooted in cultural and secular values rather than religious practice. Attendees can expect a meaningful evening of introspection, community connection, and commemoration of the themes of Yom Kippur—presented through a humanistic Jewish lens.
While this event is not child-centered, quiet activities will be available for children to help make the space inclusive for families. Tri-Valley Cultural Jews embraces participants from all backgrounds, including interfaith households and non-traditional families.
Reservations are required and a donation of $25 per non-member adult is suggested, though all are welcome regardless of ability to donate. For more information, directions, or to RSVP, please email [email protected] or call 925-399-8029.
