The School Open House Platform operates on a subscription-based model that gives you control over when your events go live and how far in advance they appear on the calendar.
How it works:

Active Subscription Requirement:
You need an active subscription for each month in which you want an event to be visible. For example, if you have events in October and November, your subscription must be active for both of those months.

Calendar Activation:
You can decide how many months in advance you want your events to appear on the platform’s calendar by activating those months.

Example 1: If you want your October and November events to go live on October 1, you only need to activate October and November (2 months).

Example 2: If you want those same events to be visible starting September 1, you would activate September, October, and November (3 months).

Unlimited Posting:
Once a month is activated, you can post as many events as you want during that month, as long as the event dates fall within the activated time frame.
